I always think I want to revert to saying I like alternative music, but if you look at the playlists that supposedly represent “alternative” music, it’s not what I’m into. I consider it more mainstream rock, at this point. 120 Minutes on MTV had a compilation called, “Nevermind the Mainstream,” and that kind of sets the tone for what I feel like alternative music represents.
