Subscriber Playlist, March 2024: Catching Up with 2023
Picking up a few of the best songs from 2023 that fell through the cracks.
Every year, I compile a list of my favorite songs from the previous twelve months, a sort of year-end mix-tape. (For instance, here’s my 2023 year-end mix.) But inevitably, some songs get left off the mix.
Perhaps they didn’t quite make the cut, even though I still love and enjoy listening to them. Or maybe I didn’t discover them until after I published my mix. Or maybe I simply forgot about them. (Which really means that I need to pay more attention in 2024.)
In any case, I think they should still get their due because they are great songs. This month’s playlist compiles some of my favorite songs from 2023 that didn’t end up on my published year-end mix, but that I still want to promote and share with you.
